  • Pricing and Modifications: We reserve the right to change prices, availability, or specifications of any Virtual Goods at any time without liability. 
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, games, source code, artwork, graphics, logos, images, and software on this website are the exclusive property of Tricky Trails and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games for personal, non-commercial use only. 

5. Prohibited Pro Player Conduct
To maintain a fair gaming environment, you strictly agree not to engage in: 
  • Cheating, hacking, exploiting glitches, modifying game files, or using unauthorized third-party software (bots, scripts, macros).
  • Toxicity, harassment, hate speech, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
  • Commercializing the site, including selling accounts, virtual goods, or services for real-world currency ("real-money trading").
  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass regional blocks, security protocols, or account bans.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising under this agreement must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
